This is so spot on! I'd basically given up on looking anything other than homeless when I'd got the kids and then would freak out about what on earth to where when I had a few hours out of the house trying to be "me" again. Thank you for putting this is black and white and making me feel less crazy. Looking forward to the next !
This newsletter could not have come at a better time for me... 3.5 years on and feeling like I can think about style beyond 'what fits/what's clean' for the first time. Excited!
Yay so pleased! Oh lord - the never-ending quest to find something without gross baby stains all over it. My daughter did a whole poo on me yesterday. Awful.
So excited to read your first post, Frankie. Honestly I feel like it's only now, 5 years into having children, that I've found my feet stylewise. I've always been quite a dressy person so the Bretons and dungarees were never for me! So excited to read your tips!
Omg yes! I had a baby seven weeks ago and I am lost! I’m struggling with the fact the weight gain to my bottom half is excessive (thank you estrogen!). My body shape is weird and I don’t know how to dress it. I bought a pair of Seraphine post partum jeans to comfortably wear over my c section belly and they scream MUM! They’re awful, but they fit. It’s either that or leggings or skims sweatpants which make me feel slightly less like a slob. Yesterday I found out whilst pushing the pram in the rain how none of my coats are going to work anymore as they’re not waterproof and don’t have hoods. 😭
I really enjoyed this, thank you.
Thank you so much for taking the time to say so! I'm so pleased you did x

I so hear you! I've tried dungarees so many times but I never feel right in them!
